4th Quarter Branches Showcase 2025

Highlights from our branches during the 4th quarter of 2025.

Statice @ Rahbar Medical and Dental College - Lahore, Pakistan

Event #1: Between September 13th and 14th, our branch at Rahbar Medical and Dental College set up a flood relief medical camp in Sharaqpur, Skeihupura to support families affected by devastating floods. In total, over 700 patients were able to receive free medical consultations, essential treatments, and medicines. This event was made possible by the chapter's work in fundraising 160,000 PKR (572.09 USD), thanks to the generous contributions of the school's students, faculty, and supporters!

Future goals: In the next quarter, the branch's main objectives are to improve public health standards, strengthen community resilience, and promote sustainable health education through continued collaboration with partner organizations.

Statice @ Rashid Latif Medical College - Lahore, Pakistan

Event #1: In collaboration with another school club, the branch at Rashid Latif Medical College organized a food fundraiser on September 13th to support flood victims. Our members set up stalls providing food and handmade crafts, with all proceeds being donated to flood rehabilitation programs.

Event #2: Throughout the first week of October, the branch conducted an HPV vaccination awareness campaign as a part of its ongoing campaign promoting female reproductive health. In various wards, volunteers and healthcare professionals provided educational materials, interactive discussions, and guidance on vaccine availability and safety. This campaign helped to dispel misconceptions, encourage vaccination, and promote preventive healthcare among young women.

Future goals: Next quarter, the branch hopes to launch a campaign spreading mental health awareness to encourage emotional resilience and start conversations about psychological well-being. It also plans to organize "Good Touch and Bad Touch" awareness sessions in the hospital to educate children on personal safety and boundaries. Additionally, the chapter is working on introducing events covering nutrition and women's health.

Statice @ Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University - Islamabad, Pakistan

Event #1: Our chapter at Shifa Tameer-e-Millat University organized a PCOS awareness walk on November 3rd to raise awareness of women's hormonal health. Volunteers distributed educational pamphlets to participants.

Event #2: On November 2nd, the branch invited renowned gynecologist Dr. Munazza Ruby to educate students on the topic of PCOS through an online workshop.

Future goals: In the next quarter, the branch plans to host more seminars, awareness campaigns, and fundraisers to support future events.

Statice @ University of Dhaka - Dhaka, Bangladesh

Event #1: On November 21st, our branch at University of Dhaka collaborated with two local organizations to host a workshop educating participants on air pollution and its impact on one's health.

Future goals: In the next quarter, the branch will continue to collaborate with various clubs and organizations to host events. It will also be focusing on securing more funding for its future activities.

Statice @ Texila American University - Lusaka, Zambia

Event #1: In collaboration with the Texila Humanitarian Club, the branch conducted blood pressure screenings for approximately 70 residents in Latiya, the school's local community. Members also educated participants on the importance of regular physical activity and maintaining a healthy, balanced diet to protect blood pressure and overall health.

Statice @ Half Hollow Hills High School East - Dix Hills, New York

Event #1 & #2: This quarter, our branch at Half Hollow Hills High Schools East held a food drive outside a grocery store to collect gluten-free and allergen-free foods for donation. It also worked with companies Crunchmaster and Top Seedz to make donations to Island Harvest Food Bank, securing a total of 328 pounds of food for the charity.

Future goals: Continuing its work around food allergens, the branch hopes to address the issue of access to allergen-free food by creating a cookbook featuring allergen-free recipes for foodbanks.
